MarketMade is an editorial collective and boutique founded on the principle of Radical Integrity. We believe that what you surround yourself with defines the quality of your focus.

We visit every workshop. We verify every supply chain. We only sell what we would keep for generations. This is not retail—it is stewardship.
The Origins (2012—Present)
Founded in a repurposed industrial loft in East London, MarketMade began as a simple newsletter documenting the slow-death of craftsmanship. We didn't set out to be a store; we set out to be a archive.
As we met more artisans who were struggling to find an audience that valued their "imperfections," we realized we needed to build a marketplace that mirrored our editorial values. High contrast, high impact, and high quality.
Design as Resistance.
In a world of swipe-and-discard, owning an object that takes months to mature is an act of rebellion. Whether it's our hand-poured volcanic candles or our tailored raw-silk overcoats, every piece is a testament to the slow path.

1. Our Philosophy on Data
MarketMade operates on a "Privacy-First" model. We do not sell, trade, or share your browsing habits with third-party advertising networks. Your data is your property; we only use it to facilitate your physical orders.
2. Collection Methods
We collect your email only if you opt-in to the Journal. We collect your physical address only when you initiate a purchase. We use minimal functional cookies to ensure your cart persists during your session. We do not use "retargeting" pixels that follow you across the internet.
3. Security
All financial transactions are handled through high-level encrypted gateways. We never see or store your full credit card information on our servers.
TERMS OF THE MARKET.
1. Intellectual Property
All editorial photography and written essays on MarketMade.com are the exclusive property of the MarketMade Collective. We encourage sharing for inspiration, but commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited without a signed license.
2. Artisan Lead Times
Because our objects are produced by humans, not machines, shipping times may vary. Furniture pieces typically carry a 6-12 week lead time. By purchasing, you acknowledge the "Slow Path" of craftsmanship.
3. Return Integrity
We accept returns of unused apparel and small objects within 14 days. Custom-commissioned furniture or personalized ceramics are non-refundable unless verified as damaged upon arrival.
